This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is excluded, and how to request support if needed.
1. Warranty Coverage
All Serelvanta sleepwear products are covered by a 30-day quality warranty beginning from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing or production defects
- Loose stitching, seam issues, or construction defects
- Defective buttons, closures, or elastic waistbands
- Fabric defects present upon arrival
- Incorrect item, size, or color received
- Damage caused during shipping
- Print or design defects discovered upon delivery
If your issue falls under any of the above conditions, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The following situations are not covered under this warranty:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by improper washing or drying
- Shrinking, fading, stretching, or pilling after use
- Stains caused by cosmetics, lotions, perfumes, or personal care products
- Accidental damage such as tears, burns, or holes
- Damage caused by alterations or improper handling
- Items returned with strong odors such as perfume, smoke, or chemicals
- Minor variations in color due to screen settings or lighting
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
These situations are not considered manufacturing defects.
3. How to File a Warranty Claim

- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem
Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
4. Approved Warranty Solutions
If your claim is approved, one of the following solutions may be offered:
- Free replacement (same item, size, and color subject to availability)
- Full refund to the original payment method
- Store credit for future purchases
Shipping costs related to approved warranty claims will be covered by Serelvanta.
5. Warranty Timeframe
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for warranty coverage.
